Fletcher Group President Jennifer Tramontana was recently named one of PRNEWS’ Top Women in PR for 2022. Jennifer, who founded The Fletcher Group in 2005 and has led the agency for more than 17 years, was honored in the Entrepreneurs category of the awards. Jennifer joins a class of honorees in categories including change-makers, innovators, mentors and rising stars.

PRNEWS’ prestigious Top Women in PR Awards celebrate “the women who have made bold advances in crisis management, brand reputation, content creation, social media marketing and more in the last year for their own organizations or for clients.” Jennifer demonstrates expertise in each of these areas. On top of her PR, marketing and communications acumen, Jennifer was recognized as an agency-founder and entrepreneur. She innovated the traditional agency model by developing TFG as a fully remote workforce (long before the WFH movement), with a focus on building deep, long-term relationships with people and businesses. Jennifer also helped create and now serves as the Executive Director of the Canadian Prepaid Providers Organization, a trade group representing the $8.5 billion prepaid industry in Canada.

This award comes on the heels of The Fletcher Group’s recent recognition at the PRSA Bronze Anvil Awards and less than a year after TFG’s award win at the 2021 PRSA Silver Anvil Awards.

In a recent statement on LinkedIn, Jennifer thanked PRNEWS for the honor and wrote:  “I am proud of the unique culture at The Fletcher Group that embraces our team’s personal and professional aspirations. Doing so has made all the difference in how we deliver for our clients, the reliability of long-term relationships, working with people who are truly passionate about our business and theirs and delivering quality work and consistent results.”
