New team members expand leadership, extend strengths in media relations and content creation

 

The Fletcher Group is growing. Our team has always been at the forefront of the industries we serve, and we maintain that commitment by hiring and retaining top talent across media relations, content, thought leadership and other key areas. 

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve recently added several new media and content experts to our strong team of payments and fintech pros.

If you know The Fletcher Group, you know that we have always been deeply entrenched in the Canadian payments and fintech market, both because our founder Jennifer Tramontana hails from Toronto, and because of the clear innovation and growth that the market contributes to the industry.  

Jennifer was instrumental in founding the Canadian Prepaid Providers Organization (CPPO) several years ago, and now we’re thrilled to also grow our in-country talent. This includes the addition of senior leader Tricia Weagant, who is based in Toronto, where she’s already deeply integrated into the Canadian marketplace, rounding out The Fletcher Group’s deep expertise in fintech with truly Canadian knowledge and insights.

TRICIA WEAGANT  

Tricia is an accomplished leader in corporate, agency and association marketing and communications who specializes in building brand and profile in the Canadian marketplace. 

Her senior leadership experience spans financial services, technology and professional services, including roles with Ketchum Public Relations, The Canadian Nuclear Association and Payments Canada. At Payments Canada she oversaw the Payments Canada SUMMIT, the company rebrand and the expansion of the organization and industry’s brand and profile.  

 ANNA KRAGIE

As a former journalist, Anna brings her passion as a storyteller to the world of B2B content marketing and PR to cultivate awareness and build trust between brands and customers. She’s a skilled content creator and brand storyteller who understands how to achieve real, impactful business results through crafted messaging. 

Anna has worked with payments companies and SaaS platforms of all sizes, which makes her a valued industry consultant and trendspotter. She has extensive experience producing smart, content-driven campaigns that highlight innovations in payments, fintech, retail, mobile and e-commerce.

 TORY KURPESKI

Tory Kurpeski comes to The Fletcher Group with years of experience working in-house for large public tech companies. Her understanding of the North American tech ecosystem allows her to differentiate and strengthen her clients’ position in a crowded and noisy market.  

Tory specializes in media relations and brand storytelling, helping clients reach the audiences that matter to them with resonant messages. Tory’s passion for media relations consistently yields top press placements in target publications. She effectively leverages the power of messaging to build brand awareness and visibility with key audiences, establish executives as go-to thought leaders and create a positive online presence that has influence and clout.

ALISSA LIOTTI

Alissa Liotti possesses extensive PR experience in numerous tech and business verticals. She also boasts a broad range of media and influencer contacts. Her in-depth understanding of the North American media landscape has resulted in top-tier earned media coverage for clients in the payments, lifestyle and fintech industries.

Alissa takes a people-first approach to her work. Her focus on building and maintaining productive professional relationships makes Alissa a perfect fit for The Fletcher Group, where we nurture client and partner relationships to stand the test of time.
