TFG was retained by KO Law Firm, an innovative corporate and commercial law firm, to serve as its outsourced marketing department. Our primary goals are to increase brand awareness, showcase the expertise of the firm’s experienced attorneys in key practice and industry areas and drive new business.

Our partnership began with a storytelling exercise to align the team on key messages and develop the firm’s marketing voice, which served as the foundation for ongoing content creation. The integrated marketing program includes a monthly thought leadership e-newsletter, digital marketing campaigns, engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter, regular media relations coverage in business and trade publications,  creative for sales decks and marketing collateral and supporting events.

  • The integrated marketing program drove 74% increase in new business contacts and consistently beat all industry benchmarks including a 29% average email open rate with a 3% click through rate, a 60% increase in social engagement and a 104% increase in web traffic.
  • KO attorneys are now recognized thought leaders in their respective practice areas and the firm has generated consistent media coverage and met its goals for website traffic and social media engagement.
